India... Bound-less!

Location: A tiny hotel room in a small town in semi-rural Maharashtra in the heart of the Socio-Cultural region called Desh. aka Igatpuri.
Time: Midnight
Status: Connected :-) on laptop & phone

It's quite an experience here. The course at MICA requires us to do a 2 week rural project. Well, it's optional more than anything... but I'm glad I'm doing it. It's quite a challenge not to cringe at anything that I'd noramlly would. It's that part of the world where gourmet cuisine is chai and wada pav.

The train journey to here was beautiful. Just two hours... but wet, cold and picturesque. I counted 5 different shades of green in one landscape. The valleys were dotted with slender white falls and rivulets gushing as the water hit smooth rocks. Virginal.

Outside the window, I can hear it pouring like mad. Hope the place isn't flooded tomorrow.
